Deduct voucher value

Q: Would it be possible to use the API to adjust the voucher value of existing vouchers? I.e. a voucher code is redeemed on site -> the value of this redemption is deducted from the voucher in bookingkit via an API call?

A: Using vouchers to pay for the order via API call is possible. However, simply transmitting a new voucher value via API and overwriting the previous value is not technically possible. The reduction in the value of the voucher is only possible by booking an appointment.


Labels?

Q: Is it possible to assign and change labels via API v3?

A: This functionality is not currently available via API v3. Label management is currently only available through the admin interface.


Change the lead time?

Q: Is there a way to change the lead time through the API?

A: Lead time changes are not currently supported via API. This must be done through the admin interface.


Edit the event and date/time of order

Q: Is it possible to edit the event and date/time for an order via API?

A: Order rebookings are not currently supported via API. Such changes to orders must be made through the admin interface.


Additional products

Q: Is the information of additional product being sold transmitted via API?

A: Additional product information is included in the order data transmitted via API.


Voucher information

Q: Which voucher information do we provide via API?

A: Voucher information available via API includes voucher code, value, status, creation date, and redemption details. Specific fields depend on the API endpoint being used.


Price Category Name

Q: Is the Price Category Name available via API?

A: Price category information is available via API, including the category name and associated pricing details.


API rate limits

Q: Is there an API rate limit? + delay?

A: Yes, there are rate limits in place for API calls. Read more here.


Additional fields?

Q: Are additional fields information or "checks" available in our API?

A: Additional field information is available in the order data via API, including the field values submitted by customers during checkout.


Privileges to write the dates?

Q: How I get the right to write the dates via API?

A: Date creation and modification via API requires appropriate API permissions. You have to contact support to request these permissions for their API client.


Deactivate experiences

Q: Is it possible to deactivate certain experiences for platforms with full integration?

A: Yes, vendors can control which experiences are available to specific platforms through the partner rate settings in the admin interface.


End-customer invoices?

Q: Is it possible to pull end-customer invoices over API?

A: Invoice data is not currently available via API. Invoice information can be accessed through the admin interface.
